Bathroom Republic checks the prices of our products on a regular basis against high street stores and online retailers to ensure that our customers get the best possible price. We strongly believe that we offer the lowest prices around for our products, however if you do find the same product at a cheaper price elsewhere then we will match the price.

Criteria to price match our products

To qualify for a price match, the products must be equivalent in:

  • Appearance
  • Style
  • Build Quality
  • Dimensions
  • Materials

Both Bathroom Republic and the competitor must have the products in stock, without this we are unable to offer a price match. Also, the lower priced product from the competitor must be confirmed by us before we offer a price match guarantee.

What we need

If you find the same product at a lower price from another retailer, and it is equivalent to the product that we offer, we will need some product details. We will need the website address that offers the lower price (price comparison sites are void), the product name and code from both ours and the competitors website.

If we can verify that the lower priced product meets the above criteria, then we will promise you a price match.

Please note, that we only offer a price match for one product per customer.

Bathroom Republic offers our customers a 30 day money back guarantee from the day you purchase your order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 working days from receipt of goods. You must notify and get authorisation from our customer service team if you wish to cancel or return your goods within these 30 days via e-mail or phone.

Returning products within 30 days after delivery

Please notify our customer service team that you would like to refund your goods. The delivery costs and safe return of these products must be at the customer’s expense via a trackable courier and within a reasonable time scale. During the time that the goods are within your possession, it is your responsibility to take care of the goods and ensure that they are in acceptable returning conditions. On their safe, undamaged return the items will be processed for a refund.
